Anastasia Silva
President

Class Standing: Senior
Bio: Hey Guys!! My name is Anastasia Silva, I was your secretary last year and I’m really looking forward to being your president this year!! I’m a rising senior who’s applying to vet school this cycle. I would love to get into UF but I’ll be grateful for any opportunities I get 🙂 I’m interested in small animal medicine and if I were to specialize I think I’d go into dermatology or surgery. I currently work as a vet assistant and have volunteered with horses and wildlife animals. I also have two cats, Cinnamon and Abby, whom I love very much. I’m so thankful for everything this club has given me and I can’t wait to help make it a great year for everyone else ❤

Dillan Quizhpi
Vice President

Class Standing: Senior
Bio: Hello everyone! My name is Dillan and I am truly honored to be your Vice-President this upcoming year. I’m a rising senior and will be graduating Spring 2026 with my bachelors in Biology (pre-vet track of course). Depending on when you are reading this I might have already submitted my vet school applications (or am about to) and manifesting that I get into ANY vet school (lets hope for UF tho lol). Currently my plan is to work towards a becoming an ER vet with a heavy interest in exotics/wildlife. On top of that, my life long dream has been to open my own practice that is inclusive to all animals and pet parents. Outside of work/school I am very passionate about working out and being outdoors instead of bed rotting (I fail sometimes). If you cannot find me at school, work, or the gym, I am home taking care of my lovely (needy) cats and dog (with some minimal bed rotting perhaps). I am so excited for what our E-board this year has planned and cannot wait to meet everyone!

As of right now, l’ve been gaining more interest in pursuing exotic animal medicine, but small animal medicine also holds a special place in my heart.
